Since May 2016, Enable IT Recycling have diverted approximately 120,000 tonnes of E-waste from landfill whilst creating over 8,000 hours of employabiliy skills for over 300 of disadvantaged community across Melbourne's north.
To support the delivery of Enable's Strategic Plan 2022 and growth of social and environmental impact, Enable have linked arms with E-Waste Industry heavy hitter and Co-regulator under the National Television & Computers Recycling Scheme (NTCRS), E-Cycle Solutions.
In support of Enable's strategy to win new sources of e-waste business which is responsibly recycled, Chris Tangey, General Manager of E-Cycle Solutions said "Enable Social Enterprise Ltd is a well-managed business, with sound business operations policies and procedures. They are compliant with AS5377 which is the far reaching standard required of recyclers involved in the National Television & Computers Recycling Scheme".
