Employability Programs
Enable's work and learning program activities serve to create an opportunity for pathways to local employment across Melbourne's north. We achieve this through engaging, enabling and encouraging participants who may or do experience barriers to work with real Industry experience in our upbeat and supportive environment.
Participants can engage in;
Computer Equipment testing, refurbishing, data destruction and
degaussing of hard drives
Electronic Waste disassembly, sorting and dispatching of
parts and commodities
Online Retailing
Warehousing and Third Party Logistics

Interested in gaining work skills in our Accredited Computer Recycling
Centre in Broadmeadows?
Our Work Skills program is designed to provide an upbeat and supportive
learning environment for people with a disability to engage in tailored, meaningful work based activities and skill development in computer
disassembly, testing equipment and data destruction. Participants engage
with our Quality Management System operating under National Standard
5377, providing a robust work and learning experience. Great on the CV!
We focus on building social and interpersonal skills, self-esteem and confidence building an learning, keeping routines, following work instructions for disassembly and sorting of computer parts and commodities as well as working in a team.

Online and Pop Up Retailing Work Skills Programs
Interested in gaining work skills in one of our Retail pop up shops or learning how to pick, pack and dispatch online order?
Our Work Skills program is designed to provide an upbeat and supportive learning environment for people with a disability to engage in tailored, meaningful work based activities and skill development in our real Pop Up shops in local community.
We focus on building social and interpersonal skills, self-esteem and confidence building in community settings and Practical skills such as observation, setting routines, occupational skills, money handling and customer service interactions.
