‘SHETECH’
Employment Pathways Program

SHETECH is a transformative, employment pathways program co-designed by Enable Social Enterprises and Sheforce to support migrant women with employability skills and paid work experience in the Tech Recycling sector, opening the door to access further opportunities with Sheforce to transition to longer-term employment in adjacent industries.

The first intake has commenced as of 13 October 2025, and the program is being offered again for 2026.
An information day will be held on 26th March 2026, and the program will start on 23 April 2026. Eligible participants will then be offered Paid Internship with Enable Social Enterprise commencing June 2026, and Sheforce will work with all participants and Interns to access further work and learning opportunities.

Greener Futures
Experiencing Work & Employability Skills Program

Greener Futures is Enable’s hands-on work experience and employability skills program designed for young people and adults with disability, and members of the local disadvantaged community across Melbourne’s north who are facing barriers to employment.
Participants gain real-world workplace experience in a supportive, structured and quality-controlled commercial environment — building confidence, independence and job-ready skills.
