We’re thrilled to celebrate the successful completion of Group 2 SHETECH — a transformative employment pathways program supporting migrant women across Melbourne’s north to build confidence, skills and pathways into meaningful work.
Co-designed by Enable IT Recycling & In The Click Social Enterprise and Sheforce, this innovative program supported participants to gain practical experience and navigate the Australian workforce through:
✅ Employability skills focused on risk, quality, audit and safety at work, as well as an introduction to project management
✅ Paid internships for several participants
✅ Access to further opportunities with Sheforce, supporting transition into longer-term employment in adjacent industries such as building construction, civil and trades.
We’re grateful for the support of our funding partner, Bennelong Foundation, whose contribution has helped this group of women build skills, confidence, and new possibilities for their future.
